SERVICE ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT

To ensure that the appointment of employees are done within 6 months from closing date of jobs application.
LEGAL SERVICE DEPARTMENT

To finalize contracts with signing and  stamping  within 21 days from the tender  closing date.
MUNICIPAL SERVICE DEPARTMENT
To carry out cleansing works on drains, roads, walkways and grasslands once a week for housing areas and thrice a week for commercial areas.
To provide domestic sewage collection services thrice a week.
To remove garden wastes once every three weeks in housing and commercial areas.
To ensure the trimming of trees are being done at every 6 months interval at locations that have been identified.
To ensure that playground's equipments are fixed within 30 days from the date of receiving complaints.
ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT
To ensure that street lights, decorative lights and traffic lights are fixed within 4 days from the date of complaints.
To ensure that road and garden patching works are done within 3 days from the date of complaints.
BUILDING DEPARTMENT
BUILDING PLAN PROCESS
Process building plans for schemes and business complexes within 50 days from the date the applications are received from OSC (One-Stop Center)
To give results on building plan applications within 2 to 6 weeks from the date all rules are complied with, depending on the application categories.
URBAN DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
To give planning permissions  within 10 weeks from the date of receiving plans provided all rules have been complied.
VALUATION & ASSET MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT
Quantified notices are produced within 75 days from the date of receiving the cases.
Change of ownerships to be done within 2 weeks from the date of receiving applications, except for rural properties.
TREASURY DEPARTMENT
Assessment bills to be issued in January for the first half year and in July for the second half year.
To make payments within 14 days from the date of receiving  invoices.
Payments towards assessments are updated to the bills online within the following period :
Payment through MPSP's Main Office Counters Instantaneous
Payment through MPSP's Branch Counters Same day
Payment through MPSP's website, Bank agent, TM, TNB & POS  1 day after transaction
Payment through other local agencies 3 days after transaction

Payments towards car parking compound are updated to the bills online within the following period :
Payment through MPSP's Main Office Counters Instantaneous
Payment through MPSP's Branch Counters Same day
Payment through MPSP's website, Bank agent, TM, TNB & POS  1 day after transaction
Payment through other local agencies 3 days after transaction
COMMUNITY AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT
Response to complaints to be done within 10 days from the date of receiving the complaints.
LICENSING DEPARTMENT
To issue Business licenses within 25 days after compliance on all licensing rules.
To issue hawker licenses within 25 days from the day complete applications are submitted.
Offers to occupy vacant slots in food complexes and public markets will be done within 14 days after Full Council meeting and public objection period
OSC (ONE-STOP CENTER)
All applications are recorded and referenced to the Intended Department and other Technical Departments within 2 days for Sell Then Build (STB) concept.
All applications are recorded and referenced to the Intended Department and other Technical Departments within 1 day for Build Then Sell (BTS) concept.
