Operating a hotline for all emergency services for the residents.

Interactive Homepage

MPSP has developed an interactive homepage whereby residents can check their car parking compounds, print their house and land assessment bills, check for any tender notices, and also submit and later track their complaints/suggestions. Suppliers can also track the status of their invoices.

 


 The centralized counter is established to provide the public with various department counter services. 

 

MPSP has computerised some of the information systems and is still working in perfecting some, especially for the overall planning and supervision of projects for senior management.

The development of these modules will improve the municipal's services by providing the latest information on any on-going projects and services.

 

  Besides carrying out routine works such as drain & road cleansing, grass cutting for  non contract sites, the Special Squad also operates several emergency services to help residents during emergencies such as trees collapsing, minor landslide, flash flood, blocked drains, disruptions of water supply, snake preying and etc.
