MPSP's ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY (EMS)

Seberang Perai Municipal Council is committed to control development and prevent pollution according to laws and other requirements and to continuously improve environmental programs to make Seberang Perai a clean, beautiful place free from pollution.

MPSP will :

	Continuously increase community participation to improve the environment.

	Control the discharge of effluents according to fixed standards.

	Implement solid waste management properly.

	Continuously implement comprehensive beautification programs.

	Plan, control and implement infrastructure development according to environmental needs.

	Obey the environmental laws, policies and guidelines.
