Obviously, every customer would expect that their interest
be given due attention and priority. In order to fulfill the
needs of our customers in accordance to
the aspirations of the government and the support of
the local community, necessary steps have been taken to
design the best management system through utilization of
modern management techniques.
The
use of ICT applications has proven to be one of the most
important medium to improve the standard of our
customer-friendly delivery system. Information can be
accessed more promptly and accurately not only by the
organization but also by the public as well as other
important stakeholders.
MPSP’s
vision is to convert Seberang Perai into a clean, beautiful
and comfortable place to stay, work and competitive for
investment. Cleanliness, health, infra structural
development and spiritual balance need to be emphasized in
order to create a more dynamic community. In order to
achieve this, MPSP with the co-operation of the local
community need to adopt methods that will enable us to
progress rapidly by taking into consideration critical
factors which may occur in the near future.
For the benefit of all, planning for the future must
not be over-looked. In order to realize this vision,
co-operation between MPSP and the local community need to be
further strengthened so that the position and role of each
entity in Seberang Perai may be clearly defined.
