Municipal Council of Seberang Perai will implement, on trial basis, one-way traffic flow at Jalan Pekan Penaga, Seberang Perai Utara for 3 months from 1st October 2004 to 31st January 2005.

The purpose is to create a more organized and safe traffic flow and also to minimize traffic congestion at the mentioned location.
