Assessment bills for the first half of 2008 will be issued on 1st December 2007. Property owners who register their mobile numbers, will receive their bills through sms, and others will receive theirs through normal mail.

Property owners who make full payment for one whole year before 31 December2007, are eligible to participate in lucky draws.

More prizes can be won for those who make payment online, through MPSP Website, Penang Government Website and through banks. The result of the lucky draw will be announced in March 2008.
