A. Centralized Counter

MPSP provides counter services for public to do various transactions. The centralized counter is created to provide the public with various department services.

The counter are located at Ground Floor, MPSP. It will open on working days:

Monday - Friday 7.30 a.m. - 5.30 p.m.


The services are :

  • Complaints
  • Help regarding Council services
  • Sale of forms for Tender, Quotation and application for post vacancies
  • License Applications
  • Application for Disposal Permit
  • Application of Stalls and Trading Lots
  • Application of 'Patil' number (Rules & Procedures)



B. One-Stop Center (OSC)

One-Stop Center was created to facilitate the process of approval for Planning Permission, Building Plans and Occupational Certificate (OC). This is in line with the policy of Government to encourage economic developments through efficient Government Delivery Systems.

This counter located at Ground Floor, MPSP opposite of centralized counter, open on working days:

Monday - Friday 8.00 a.m. - 1.00 p.m.
2.00 p.m. - 5.30 p.m.


Among the services given by OSC are:

  • Coordinate, control and monitor Building Plan application process, Occupational Certificate (OC) and Planning Permission application.
  • Report the status of Building Plan application and Planning Permission application to KPKT and government.
  • To identify problems regarding applications and to suggest solutions.

C. Payment Counters

MPSP's payment counters is located at Ground Floor, MPSP. On top of that, Drive through counter is also available.

Payment counters will operate on working days :

Monday - Friday 7.30 a.m. - 5.30 p.m.
