Car Parking Coupon Information
Seberang Perai Municipal Council (MPSP) has been practicing Coupon Parking System since 1995. Owners of vehicles (except motorcycles) who park their vehicle in the gazetted areas are required to display a valid parking coupon. Types of coupons available are:

Promotion price of RM60.00 until December 31, 2017. Can be purchased at the headquarters of MPSP (counter PESUKA) Bandar Perda and branch office.

MPSP also offer Rented Parking Lots with special discounts if the space is rented for a period of time:

Rented Parking lots must be renewed before the expiry of the lease period.
